I’ve worked in content for over seven years, delivering projects in France and international markets.
My strength is that I don’t create content just for the sake of it. I start by analysing the brand, audience and goals, then decide what to create and how.
I combine strategic thinking, aesthetics and hands-on production. I can take a project from the initial idea and script through filming, editing and performance analysis.
To me, content should do more than look good: it should have a clear purpose and deliver results.
Every piece of content should start with a clear objective, audience and insight.
I plan each piece of content for the platform where it will appear, rather than posting the same thing everywhere.
I use performance insights to understand what resonates and improve the next creative direction — not to publish for the sake of publishing.

Point A
The brand already had regular shoots and content, but results were limited. Many Reels were static, lacked strong hooks and were not built around formats that engaged the audience or attracted potential clients.
Strategy & execution
I reviewed content performance and identified formats worth repeating. Instead of constantly inventing new ones, we tested and developed what had already shown promise.
Women’s manicure was highly competitive locally, so I proposed testing a distinct men’s segment. We created content around men’s manicures and other beauty services for men.
I strengthened Reels with clearer hooks and more dynamic editing, established a regular posting rhythm, coordinated UGC creators and influencers, and used results to refine the next shoots.
Strong organic content was then amplified with Meta Ads. Paid media scaled creatives and offers that had already shown potential; it did not replace the organic strategy.

The Results
Over three months, the account grew to 27,000+ subscribers, ran 30+ influencer collaborations, and reached more than 2.8 million people. The consistent posting approach drove strong view counts; my personal record is a post made in collaboration with a blogger that got 19,000 likes.

The salon’s owner managed Instagram herself. Content was mostly occasional before-and-after photos, without a consistent publishing rhythm, clear positioning or a useful structure for Stories and Highlights.
Strategy & production
I developed the content strategy and premium positioning, refreshed the profile and Highlights, and set recurring formats and a coherent visual direction. Monthly shoots gave us a steady flow of photos and short-form video. I tested people-led stories, collaborations and recruitment content, then used performance data to repeat the formats that resonated, including men’s manicure.
Selected content was also amplified through ads; the organic and paid results are separated below.

Je travaille dans le contenu depuis plus de sept ans et j’ai mené des projets en France et sur les marchés internationaux.
Ma force est de ne pas créer du contenu pour le simple fait d’en créer. Je commence par analyser la marque, son audience et ses objectifs, puis je définis quoi produire et comment.
J’associe réflexion stratégique, sens de l’esthétique et production concrète. Je peux accompagner un projet de l’idée et du scénario jusqu’au tournage, au montage et à l’analyse des résultats.
Pour moi, un contenu ne doit pas seulement être beau : il doit avoir un objectif clair et produire des résultats.
Chaque contenu doit partir d’un objectif, d’une audience et d’un insight clairs.
Je pense chaque contenu pour la plateforme sur laquelle il sera publié, plutôt que de diffuser la même chose partout.
Je m’appuie sur les résultats pour comprendre ce qui résonne et affiner la prochaine direction créative — pas pour publier simplement pour publier.

Point A
La marque produisait déjà régulièrement du contenu, mais les résultats restaient limités. De nombreux Reels étaient statiques, sans accroche forte, et les formats ne répondaient pas assez aux intérêts de l’audience ni à l’objectif d’attirer de nouveaux clients.
Stratégie et réalisation
J’ai analysé les performances et repéré les formats à développer. Plutôt que d’en inventer sans cesse de nouveaux, nous avons testé et répété ceux qui montraient déjà du potentiel.
La manucure féminine étant très concurrentielle dans le quartier, j’ai proposé de tester un segment masculin distinct. Nous avons créé du contenu sur la manucure et d’autres soins de beauté pour hommes.
J’ai renforcé les accroches et le rythme des Reels, mis en place une publication régulière, coordonné des créateurs UGC et des influenceurs, puis ajusté les contenus selon les résultats.
Les contenus organiques les plus prometteurs ont ensuite été amplifiés avec Meta Ads. Le paid media servait à développer les créations et les offres qui fonctionnaient déjà, sans remplacer l’organique.

Point de départ
La propriétaire gérait elle-même Instagram. Le contenu se limitait surtout à des photos avant/après publiées ponctuellement, sans rythme régulier, positionnement clair ni structure utile pour les Stories et les Stories à la une.
Stratégie et production
J’ai défini la stratégie de contenu et le positionnement premium, retravaillé le profil et les Stories à la une, puis établi des formats récurrents et une direction visuelle cohérente. Des séances mensuelles ont assuré un flux régulier de photos et de vidéos courtes. J’ai testé des contenus incarnés, des collaborations et des formats de recrutement, puis analysé les résultats pour reproduire ce qui fonctionnait, notamment la manucure homme.
